How long does shipping take for Uber Eats merchandise?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these items are shipped separately from your food orders through traditional mail carriers.
Can I use my Uber Eats gift cards to buy items in this shop?
Currently, Uber Eats gift cards are only valid for food and beverage orders via the main app. This shop requires a separate credit card, debit card, or digital wallet payment.
What is your return policy for apparel and accessories?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Uber Eats Shop only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the food-themed products safe for contact with heat?
